23rd April 2012 RCL debut the new DR9 product range at Light+Building 2012
eg pulled out all the stops to help long-term client Remote Controlled Lighting Ltd (RCL) get their new DR9 product range ready for its debut at the Light+Building show in Frankfurt, held last week. RCL specialises in the design and manufacture of easy-to-use, affordable remote controlled lighting and the DR9 is the latest in their successful product range.

Press release: Cambridge, April 2 2012. Product development and engineering consultancy, eg technology, is celebrating its 10 year anniversary this month. Established in 2002 by Andrew Ede and Danny Godfrey, the Cambridge-based company has a lot to celebrate with strong revenue growth, the addition of 5 new employees and record project sales over the last 12 months. The company will be celebrating with an event for clients and staff at the end of the month.

eg technology's client Intelligent Fingerprinting have recently secured £2 million of funding from US-based investor. The funding will allow the University of East Anglia spin-out to take their fingerprint drug-testing device worldwide. Having developed the prototype device, eg have been chosen to ready the device for market.

Thursday night (8th February) saw the launch of the Cambridge Design Icons exhibition. A few of the eg team went along to view the exhibition and celebrate the inclusion of the Duofertility Monitor in the top 20 most important products designed in Cambridgeshire over the last 40 years.

The Cambridge Design Icon Showcase is part of the Cambridge Innovation Festival which is being held in February 2012 as a celebration of the diverse range of products designed in Cambridgeshire. The Duofertility Monitor, developed by Cambridge Temperature Concepts and designed by eg, has been selected as one of the top 20 products designed in Cambridge in the last 40 years.The DuoFertility Monitor is a non-invasive, advanced fertility monitor helping women become pregnant naturally.

Captive Media have launched the world's first revolutionary 'hands-free' video game for men's urinals.
