Kevin Deane joins eg technology as Independent Trustee
eg technology, a leading product design, engineering and development consultancy and Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), is delighted to announce the appointment of Kevin Deane as its new Independent Trustee.
Kevin brings over three decades of experience in medical and life science innovation, having spent 22 years at PA Consulting’s Cambridge Innovation Centre, where he was a Partner leading global initiatives in the life science sector. Following his tenure at PA, Kevin served as Vice President of Product Innovation and Digital Health at Phillips-Medisize, driving the development of groundbreaking technologies including injectors, infusers, diagnostic instruments and digital support tools.
Originally from the United States, Kevin has lived and worked in Cambridge, UK for the past 30 years. He now operates as an independent advisor and investor, supporting organisations at the intersection of healthcare, technology and innovation.

eg transitioned to Employee Ownership in March 2023, placing the ownership and management of the company in the hands of our team, under the careful governance of the Board of Trustees. The transfer of ownership to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) provides security for the business going forward, whilst ensuring that our company is run for the benefit of all employees.
