14th January | Innovate UK Biomedical Catalyst Accelerator - Managing Chronic Conditions
We are proud to be supporting Pioneer Group’s newly launched Accelerator Programme for early-stage life science companies targeting unmet needs in the management of chronic conditions.
Funded by the Innovate UK Biomedical Catalyst, in collaboration with the Medical Research Council, the Accelerator has been designed to support UK start-ups in the initial phases of their development.
The Biomedical Catalyst is Innovate UK’s flagship grant funding mechanism, enabling small and medium-sized businesses to test and develop innovative health and care solutions across life sciences, including therapeutics, medical devices, and digital health.
The Accelerator runs from 14th January until 4th March, where participants will meet with eg Director, Rouzet Agaiby, who will provide dedicated coaching. They will also attend weekly sessions to develop their idea into a minimum viable product. They’ll meet esteemed figures from the life sciences industry with expertise in managing chronic conditions, to offer advice and guidance on investment, market adoption and scale-up.
