eg technology are delighted to be participating in this year’s Super Connect for Good Competition in collaboration with Empact Ventures.
The Super Connect for Good competition seeks to discover and connect the world’s best tech start-ups and scale-ups creating positive social impact that enhances people’s lives through technology.
eg technology will be supporting as a regional judge for the Island of Ireland where we will be reviewing applications from that category. To support the competition, eg will be offering the regional winner five complimentary engineering days to go towards their technology development. The winner will gain access to eg technology’s team of talented and agile engineers to enable the realisation of their innovation.
The application deadline for the competition is the 7th of August 2022. Following this, the top 100 innovation finalists will be announced in September and invited to pitch their ideas to the innovation partners at the Top 100 innovation showcase on 13th October. The top ten regional winners will also then be announced, having been selected by the 50+ regional judges and invited to pitch at the global final on 24th November. The overall champion and top 10 global innovation winners will then be announced.

eg have in-house expertise in software, electronics and mechanical engineering as well as industrial design, human factors, quality assurance and project management and this competition provides a perfect opportunity for start-ups to access and leverage this full spectrum of specialist knowledge in the key areas of product design and development.
